Return & Refund Information

30-Day Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and proof of purchase.

Return Request: Contact support@auraguam.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping: We cover return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Customers cover shipping for change-of-mind or sizing issues.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

Exchanges: Available for damaged/faulty items, incorrect items, or wrong sizes sent by us.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before processing or shipment. Once shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
