2. Placing an Order

By ordering with us, you're confirming you're legally able to enter this agreement and that the details you give at checkout are accurate. We can refuse, cancel, or restrict orders if we suspect fraud, unauthorized use, or misuse of our site.

3. Products & Pricing

We do our best to show products accurately, though colors can look slightly different depending on your screen. All prices are in USD, with no hidden fees added after checkout. If a pricing or listing error slips through, we'll reach out before processing your order.

4. Payment — Cash on Delivery

We currently operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, so you won't need to enter any card details at checkout. Payment is collected by the courier when your order arrives. Placing a COD order means agreeing to pay in full on delivery — repeated refusal of legitimate orders may limit your ability to order from us in future.

5. Shipping

6. Cancelling an Order

You can cancel on the same day you order, as long as it's before our 3:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Chamorro Standard Time (Guam) cut-off. Once an order is processed or handed to the carrier, it can't be cancelled — you'd need to go through a return instead.

7. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items in their original, unworn condition. Return shipping is free and we don't charge restocking fees. Since orders are paid COD, approved refunds go directly to your preferred payment method within 7 business days of us inspecting the returned item. We don't offer direct exchanges — return the item for a refund and place a new order if you'd like something else. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — our logo, design, text, images, and product photography — belongs to Aura Guam. You're welcome to browse and shop, but copying or reusing our content for anything else isn't allowed.

9. Acceptable Use

Please don't use our site to submit false or misleading information, introduce viruses or malicious code, interfere with how the site or checkout works, or impersonate someone else.

10. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect or incidental damages tied to using our site, delivery delays, or events outside our control — severe weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, and similar circumstances.

11. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted partners for things like shipping and hosting. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to the services they provide.
